Month 16 - After the Accident

Post by Fabian »

Timeline Overall situation
  • It would be a lie to say I have no issues with my leg anymore, but overall this month was quite good. I even started running again (not fast — about 6:30 min per km) for distances between 3–5 km.

  • I’ve noticed that new movements usually cause pain for a few days until my body gets used to them. That’s why I began mixing different types of sports — biking, running, rowing, elliptical, and various exercises.

  • The biggest change was starting CrossFit. It’s definitely a challenge, and I have to be careful not to push too hard. That’s why I’m sticking to light weights for now.

  • The pain level was 0-3 out of 10.
