Description:
Peniche is located approximately 2 hours north of Lisbon and in my opinion, is Peniche one of the best surfing spots in Portugal.
Nearly every rider, whether beginner or professional, will find something to suit their needs.
The uniqueness of Peniche lies in the fact that it has beaches facing almost every direction, which means that especially during the summer when strong winds prevail, there is a beach with offshore winds.

Peniche is primarily suitable for surfers but windsurfers, kitesurfers, and wingfoilers can also have a great time there, catching some beautiful waves.

In the south of Peniche, you will find SuperTubos Beach. It is where surf professionals gather every year for the RipCurl Pro Portugal tournament.
